Product Features
Constant temperature viscometer is a digital viscometer. The rotor is driven by a motor at a constant speed through a variable speed device. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the viscosity of the liquid produces a corresponding viscous torque on the rotor. The greater the viscosity, the greater the viscous torque, and vice versa. The viscous torque acting on the rotor is detected by a sensor, and the viscosity of the liquid being measured is calculated after being processed by a computer.
Constant temperature viscometer adopts microcomputer technology, which can easily set the range (rotor number and speed), process the data detected by the sensor digitally, and display on the screen the rotor number, speed, viscosity value of the measured liquid, and the percentage of the full range, etc.
DHJ-8S is equipped with 4 rotors (No. 1, 2, 3, 4) and 8 speed levels (0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60 rpm), which can be combined into 32 different combinations to measure the viscosity of various liquids within the measuring range.
DH-0506N thermostat can control the sample temperature within the range of -5℃ to 100℃.

Important Notes
1. The constant temperature bath should be placed on a sturdy workbench;
2. It should be free from vibration and harmful gases;
3. The ambient temperature should be relatively stable and not fluctuate too much, otherwise it will affect the temperature control accuracy. The ambient temperature should be around 25℃, especially for constant temperature baths with -40℃, -65℃, and -80℃. High ambient temperature will affect the heat dissipation of the compressor, reduce the cooling efficiency, and easily cause failures;
4. The constant temperature bath should be regularly maintained. Especially after working for a period of time, if the cooling rate slows down, the plastic mesh of the constant temperature bath should be removed and the dust on the compressor and radiator should be cleaned.
